4th Grader Wins 2nd in Wrestling Meet

Matthew D. took 2nd place in the Red Devils wrestling meet in January, on the heels of a 4th place win the month prior. Congratulations, Matthew!

4-H Club News

Good work has been done by everyone in 4-H this year as you can see from the way the fourth graders are proudly showing off their posters. Three posters were chosen from each grade to compete at the county level. The Bodine School is proud to announce that we had 3 winners in the 4-H Poster Contest for Shelby County! William received 1st place in 4th grade, Michael received 2nd place in fourth grade, and Kendyl received 2nd place in 5th grade. Their posters are on display in the hallway outside the office. Congratulations to all participating students!!

Middle School Guest Speaker

Mr. Walt Fisher, a new board member of The Bodine School, was a guest speaker for the Middle School. He brought two different working steam engines and a demo steam turbine. Students and teachers enjoyed these working models!
