Third grade 
students have been learning about animals
students have been learning about animals and their life-cycles. As a culminating activity, they did reports and posters on an animal of choice from assigned animal classifications. The reports included information about the animal’s size, food, skin, habitat, predators, and life span. Many students included very interesting facts too. We learned about the unique Komodo dragon, vultures, sharks, giant squid, German Sheperds, frogs, and lions.
