On Thursday, January 29, The Bodine School was represented by Carter W., Ashley W., and Caleb B. in fourth grade and Lily H., Kendyl H., and Carter O. in fifth grade at the
4-H County Speech Competition. All of these students demonstrated excellence by preparing their speeches, winning in the school-wide competition, and executing their speeches with poise and determination at the county competition. Almost thirty students from across the county presented speeches in both the fourth and fifth grade. All received ribbons for participation. Carter W. received 3rd place in fourth grade and Lily H. placed 3rd place in fifth grade. Way to go!!!
